This product was purchased for a spouse, It helps that I do not have to listen to loud TV. I believe she likes it, but think I like it better. Only in use for a short time frame; but so far; very good!

makes much more sense to have a wireless set of headphones especially if one reclines on a bedpillow and still can use the controls without effort of this wireless item.set up was easy.

I am becoming hard of hearing but really enjoy watching videos, DVDs, and television. In order for me to hear the TV, I have to turn up the volume to uncomfortable levels for everyone else in the household. TV Ears solved my problem. The hookup was so easy, even I could do it. The TV Ears are comfortable to wear. I don’t like things plugged into my ears, so I really appreciate the over the ear design of TV Ears. I also like the “under the chin” design (as opposed to over the head). With my TV Ears, I can turn the volume on the TV very low, but crank it up as high as I like on my TV Ears. I can also change the bass/treble mix. The wireless feature means I don’t have to worry about wires getting in the way. I use the TV Ears at a range of 15 feet or so with no problem. In fact, I have gone up to 25 feet. I am very satisfied.

These work great for that extra hearing needed. But, I don’t believe the toning dial does anything to enhance the sound and also they can be a little painful, physically, on the ears; hence the 3 stars. With that being said I would still recommend them.
